Owen Kinghorn

Owen, 15, was a much-liked and talented young centre-half, who had been with Kennington Juniors since joining the under 11 age group.

An avid Arsenal fan, Owen went on to win Kennington Junior's player of the year award in 2016/17 prior to moving to Folkestone Invicta this season, and was a year 11 pupil at Towers School.

Kennington Football Club will be joining Kennington Juniors and Ashford United in holding a minutes silence in remembrance of Owen, prior to our FA Vase fixture at Sidlesham on Saturday, alongside our Sunday team at Aldington.
