Lewisham Borough are the visitors to Homelands on Saturday, for Ton's opening home fixture of the season (3pm k.o).

Dan Scorer's side will be looking to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat at FC Elmstead on Saturday - a first League reverse since March 2.

Meanwhile, this represents Lewisham's first competitive game of 2019/20, having been the spare team in the 17-team Division One last weekend.

Lewisham boss Justin Fevrier set-up some tough challenges for his side in pre-season, with the South London side's last work-out against a Brentford XI (1-3) on July 27. Other warm-up results including a 4-2 defeat at SCEFL Premier Division side, Fisher; 2-1 loss at a Bromley XI, and 3-2 victory over Kent County Division One West side, Metrogas.

Ton will be hoping to avoid a repeat of the corresponding fixture in September of last year, which ended in a 3-3 draw - Borough fighting back from 3-1 down with only minutes left to play. Sam Conlon, Joe Fisher and Gary Lockyer on target for Ton that day, with Jay Jones, Mario Quissaca and Dean Thomas finding the net for Lewisham.

Play maker, Tommy Scorer continues to recover from a hamstring injury sustained at Welling Town in pre-season, and is a doubt for the fixture.

All support very much appreciated - entry is £5 for adults, £3 concessions - with Ton's new-look match day programme available at the turnstile for just £1.

Our thanks to Match Sponsor: ELL BALDOCK BARBERING
