Sam Brown has called time on his two year spell at Kennington.

The 28-year-old is unable to commit to the club for the forthcoming season, citing work and family reasons alongside his own personal motivation for the level.

Of losing the key midfielder, manager, Dan Scorer, said: "I’m gutted to see Browny leave, he’s a great character amongst the squad, and a huge influence for us on the pitch.

"He was one of my main targets when we secured promotion to the SCEFL and he’s been a key figure in our success over the past two seasons.

"I’d love to see him pop up playing again somewhere soon, where he can play around his work and family commitments.

"He’s a top lad and he knows he will always be welcome back at Kennington, should his circumstances change."

Brown joined Ton at the start of 2018/19, making a total of 55 appearances and finding the net five times.
