The Ton put a frustrating end to 2022 behind them with a dominant display against K Sports.
Just like on Halloween night the Paperboys struck first on 28 mins through Josh Biddlecome though this time the Ton would strike back on 42 through a Tom Scorer penalty to send the teams in at HT level.
It would not take long in the second half for the Ton to turn the game around and then become the dominant force with Liam Middleton scoring on 48 mins which was then followed by Tom's second of the game on 54 minutes, this was then followed 4 minutes later by Middletons second of the game aswell.
At 4-1 the Ton were not settling for just 4 and this showed on 85 minutes when Mitchell Harman came off the bench to get on the score sheet himself and make it 5-1.
K Sports did pull another goal back on the 90th minute but this turned out to be a consolation.
This result along with others in the league see's the Ton climb up to 14th with three games in hand on the two teams in 13th & 15th, while it also condemns KSports to a sixth straight defeat leaving them 17th - two points off second from bottom Bearsted.
Today's game also saw the Debut of Muhammed Cham who joins us from Whitstable, Welcome to the club and we hope you enjoy your time at Kennington.
The Ton travel to Chislehurst in their next match to face Stansfeld on Saturday 7th of January.
